La residencia en la isla grande Chiloé, especificamente en la comuna de Queilen, se articuló poniendo en valor la relevancia de los saberes populares y la tradición oral, algunas referencias icónicas y sonoras del imaginario colectivo vinculadas a la identidad del lugar y la colaboración con algunos agentes culturales de la comunidad de la ciudad de Queilen. El proyecto fue cobrando forma a través del material gráfico y toda la documentación de localización, dibujos, vocablos y experiencias adicionales que vayamos recolectando. Además, el archivo fue parte esencial de la reconstrucción artística del imaginario colectivo. Y es en horizonte, desde el borde Europeo que el proyecto reconstruyo imaginarios naturales, a través de vocablos originarios de la isla, recuerdos, vivencias y la vegetación en peligro de extinción. Para ello, creamos un diario experiencial con las personas de la comunidad y reconfiguraremos a través de mapas, ubicaciones, historias personales, dibujos, fotografías y actos ancestrales como rituales de remembranza y rituales de transformación generando y redescubriendo interacciones de la
comunidad con su pasado natural y su presente arraigado al patrimonio material e inmaterial de la isla.
ALHUE. The minga of the natural imaginary based on reconstructions of the territory and artistic experiences with the Cheetah community, its environment and local life.
The residence on the large island Chiloé, specifically in the commune of Queilen, was articulated showing the relevance of popular knowledge and oral tradition, some iconic and sound references of the collective imaginary linked to the identity of the place and collaboration with some cultural agents of the queilen city community. The project was taking shape through the graphic material and all the localization documentation, drawings, words and additional experiences that we collect. In addition, the archive was an essential part of the artistic reconstruction of the collective imagination. And it is on the horizon, from the European edge that the project reconstructed natural imaginaries, through native words of the island, memories, experiences and endangered vegetation. To do this, we create an experiential diary with the people of the community and will reconfigure through maps, locations, personal stories, drawings, photographs and ancestral acts as remembrance rituals and transformation rituals generating and generating re-covering interactions of the community with its natural past and its present rooted in the material and intangible heritage of the island.
